Hi Wallace,

Looks like repeating posts could be an issue with Android too!

When you say enabling direct print direct from an Android device, what are you looking to print? Your certificate? If so, then this is made available as as Adobe PDF file, so if you have an app on board to read PDF files (not sure off hand whether Adobe Reader is available for Android, but it is for iOS so I'd be surprised if not) then you should be able to open and print that.

On the other hand you say you printed your certificate from your laptop, so if you're looking for some other functionality there, please let us know and we'll try to help.

Hi Adam - as you are in England you will need to contact the RFU - If memory serves me correctly you will need to do a RugbyReady face to  face course first but please check here

good luck in your coaching

Hello Johannes

what 2 tests are you looking to complete?

The Rugby Ready Course will not allow me to retake a module. I missed one question on the exam because I read the question wrong. Is that a fail? If not when can I retake the module. I see no option to retake module. I see no certificate. The completion percentage holding steady. Please advise, I need to get this done.

Hello Shannon - all you need to do is to retake the questions for the modules that you have not succesfully complted. If you have completed a module a green tick will appear in the index on the left of the screen. If you have not complted a section just go into the questions for that section and resubmit your answers.  once you have comleted all sections successfully you will see a message saying congratulations.

from looking at your record you need to complete the following sections

pre-participation

Maul

once these have been successfully completed that should be you sorted.
