David,

Yes, you can download and then print off your Rugby Ready certificate. To do this, log in to your IRB Passport acocunt at http://www.irbrugbyready.com/.

Once you've logged in, on the 'Home' page, you'll see an image of the certificate within the 'Welcome back to IRB Rugby Ready' paragraph. Simply click on this image to download your certificate.

Hope this helps.

James

Kamal,

The IRB Rugby Ready exam can be found on this website:

http://www.irbrugbyready.com/

The exam is clearly signposted once you have logged into the site using your IRB Passport log-in details.

Mohamed,

You will only be able to download a certificate from the Rugby Ready website if you have completed the online self-check test. We can see from your IRB Passport account that you have not done this.

If, on the other hand, you have completed a face-to-face Rugby Ready course, you will have to contact whoever delivered the course directly to enquire about your certificate.

Mohamed,

As per my post above, you will need to contact the person who delivered your face-to-face course in order to enquire about your certificate.

The Rugby Ready face-to-face courses are delivered by national Unions (in your case, Sri Lanka Rugby), not the IRB. Therefore, the IRB will not be able to issue you with a certificate. This is the responsibility of the national Union, and more specifically, a task for whoever ran the course you attended.

Hope this helps.

Wayne,

To find the self-check exam, you will need to be logged in to your IRB Passport account on the Rugby Ready website.

The exam questions can be found in the different sections of the course by clicking on the 'Questions' tab at the top of the page.

Just want to hear, if i complete the online test, will i have the same qualification as when i'm doing the course itself with irb trainers?  ex, I would not have to do the course with the IRB trainer anymore?

Thank you

Hi all

A coach at the rugby club that I work with has forgotten his Log In password and is unable to log in and take the Rugby Ready online exam. When he clicked on the 'Forgot Password' button and filled in his email address he was meant to receive an email with a new password.

He hasn't received this email and I have tried finding a contact on this site that could help us with this issue. Does anybody know who we could contact with regard to this?

Any help will be appreciated.

Cheers

Dean

Dean,

The issue there will be that the password reset email will be being redirected to his spam folder. This happens frequently, and unfortunately is something we can't control.

The way to solve this depends on who his email provider is. Ask him to email us as help@irbpassport.com and we will get him up and running
