Entry Level Referee Award course with the RFU Satge 1,2 & 3. What next ?

Dear RR.

As i was getting too old to play every weekend and wanted to stay involved on match day in November 2012 I attended RFU Entry level Referee Award Course  Got my ELRA stage 1  on 25.11.12

Went away did my refereeing and then then was awarded  my stage 2  on 11.12.2012

Continued to referee and completed my reflective and feedback diary which was submitted to the RFU and on 31.10. 2013 I was awarded my stage 3.  After which I continued to referee. Also played a little vets rugby.

My questions, if anybody can help, where do my ERLA stage 1,2 and 3 rank against the RFU Training Match Official Courses Level 1 and level 2, now offered on the IRB/RFU site ?

I want to continue to develop and build knowledge and have time  so what courses would anybody suggest I now look to move on to ?

A few  that jump out at me are the 'Rugby ready' course, the 'Scrum factory' courses and then 'Refereeing the scrum'… but any advice from those that have attended these courses and are currently refereeing would be appreciated.

I have completed a few of the on line courses and would like to thank all at RR for this great learning tool.

Thanks Fred
